Networking, building partnerships with other organisations - be it NGOs or
other stakeholder groups, governments, UN bodies, etc. - is essential to make our work
effective, successful and enjoyable.
Networking means to collaborate on the basis of mutual interest and trust. We can share
information and experiences, learn from each other, spread our ideas, seek and give
support, and get to know and understand each other. Often there is more common ground than
we expected.
