Ruth Grier, Intern (Food Security)

Ruth Grier is coming to the end of her MA in Environment, Politics and Global Development at Kings College London. She received her first degree in Politics and Religion from The Glasgow University in 2000 and having endured 4 years of Scottish weather she then moved to the south of Spain and taught English for a year.

With a wide interests ranging from the esoteric to the practical she is a regular practitioner of yoga and keen advocate of the bicycle as a solution to global climate change. She enjoys the cinema and walking in the woods and hopes to play her part in making the world a more just and equitable place to live in.

On the IC Team, Ruth is working on the Media for Development Action Plan.
