Having acquired KM awareness and expertise at BP (British Petroleum), Paul has experience in KM design and implementation in both the NGO and corporate sectors. He has taken the theory and applied it to make a difference in organizational delivery whilst influencing management thinking, culture change and Information Management and Technology systems. He has had an influence on the NGO sector, helping many organizations to see and value what KM can do and the benefits it can bring. He continues to be an strong networker with effective skills in communication and inspiring people in what KM can do for them and their world. He is also a member of a small team providing facilitation, culture change and KM support and advice to the upcoming Stakeholder Implementation conference which is an immediate prelude to the Earth Summit in Johannesburg. Paul has a First Class Honours Degree from Newcastle University, England.
