A wealth of experience: Frances had an early career in PR, marketing, advertising and sales and has been a consultant for 12 years. She has contributed as a strategic consultant and executive coach to many programmes of organisational change, development and improvement, working with Boards of Directors as well as operational teams and individuals, also with international groups of companies where teams are virtual, extending across the world. She has experience in many different industries, often focusing on improving customer relationship aspects of the business, including pharmaceuticals, airlines, travel, IT, service industries, hotel and leisure, facilities management, communications and local government. For the past 6 years she has specialised in one to one executive coaching, mostly at Board level, with a variety of blue chip organisations. She is also a highly skilled and experienced facilitator, working to enable teams to create strategies, agree ways forward, overcome difficulties or conflicts from the past and achieve their vision. She is proud to be part of the facilitator team that has been selected for the Implementation Conference at the United Nations Earth Summit in Johannesburg 2002. Executive
Coaching: Frances has coached Directors in many different organisations,
particularly focusing on partnering and other relationships. She has helped to
facilitate some 'stuck' or under-performing teams. She has also helped
individuals with Qualifications: Frances has a degree in Linguistics, a Masters in NLP, a Masters in Hypnotherapy, an accreditation as an Accelerated Trainer and in Emotional Intelligence. She is also a skilled facilitator, practised in many techniques including Open Space Technology and Appreciative Inquiry. She is also a Board Member and Mentor for The Princes Trust, responsible for the development of the Mentor community, ex-offenders and fundraising. She also does voluntary facilitation and group process work for other charities or non-profit organisations. Value added: Frances is energetic, forward-thinking and highly practical. She is an expert in all aspects of communicating and relationships, and has a true passion for people and helping them to achieve more in their lives. Her interactions with individuals and teams help them to express themselves better and to develop conscious strategies for having more influence to achieve more of what they, and their organisations, really want.
