Anna Heydenreich, Researcher, University of St

Anna studied socio-economics at the
University of Augsburg,
Germany, specialising in environmental economics, environmental management, organisational psychology and conflict management. For her
thesis she studied the organisational culture of a small umbrella organisation of diverse environmental groups, after that she has been
working for a project on organisational change. Anna is now doing her PhD about Stakeholder Interaction at the Chair of
Organisational Psychology, University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
She is following the Implementation Conference Process as a
cutting-edge example of multi-stakeholder processes, looking at the
interaction people accomplishing the joint project. In Johannesburg, she will assist
Brad Meyer in the multi-media coverage of the Implementation Conference.
