Purpose of the call and desired outcomes

To facilitate a multi-stakeholder dialogue on issues pertaining to ethical/fair trade.

To identify potential areas where Stakeholder Forum could help further collaborative action.

Explore the process for next steps towards the Implementation Conference. 

Ascertain which organisations will have a representative at Bali (Prepcom IV) and/or Rome (World Food Summit).

 

Expected timetable of the call

0-5: Welcome, introductions and apologies for absence

5-10: Clarify agenda for the call.

10-25: Individual expression of priority action areas.

25-45: Discussion of potential action areas to be pursued.

45-60: Wrap up and agree next steps.
